At AUS Robotic, we don’t just deliver intelligent machines — we provide reliable, long-term support through our software subscription and service plans.
🔄 Monthly Software Subscription
All robots come with our advanced control and AI software pre-installed.
To keep your robot updated, functional, and connected, a monthly subscription is required.
This includes:
- Regular software updates & improvements
- Remote diagnostics & performance monitoring
- Cloud-based features (voice AI, order sync, dashboard access)
- Access to new features as we release them
💳 Billed monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
🔧 Hardware Support & Repair
If your robot is damaged or stops functioning due to physical impact or misuse, repairs are not included in the software subscription.
Repair services are charged separately and include:
- Diagnostics
- Replacement parts (if needed)
- Labour and return shipping (if applicable)
We offer fast turnaround and can schedule pickup if required.
